By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General

You must be 18 years old or over to commission me. I don't take commissions from Minors.My Prices may change over time.Prices can change depending on your request.I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.

Payment and Refunds

All Payment is done through PayPal only. I will request to send you an invoice.Once the commission request has been agreed upon and the invoice has been paid, I will be able to start.If you've paid and I am unable to start your commission for whatever reason, I will send you a full refund.You may NOT request a refund after the commission has been completed.

About your request

I have a few different styles and change around a lot. If you want a certain style of mine, please let me know, and show an example of a piece i did in that style for reference!If your commission is of a character that isn't yours,
Make sure it's okay to commission art of that character!

The Drawing Process

Firstly, I will not accept a commission without coloured visual references.Sketch Phase:- I will send you a rough sketch for review and feedback. You're welcome to suggest any changes at this stage.- I may send further sketches and WIPs to check something with you.Finishing and revisions:- After the sketch has been approved, I will continue the drawing until completion. Any major changes you wish to make at this stage will cost extra. Prices may vary.- Finished commissions will be sent to you via email.
If that's an issue please let me know!- Finished Commissions will also be posted on Social media. Please tell me if that's an issue or if you want to be anonymous.Turnaround:- Commissions can take from a few days to at most 2 months depending on my circumstances.
Expect an average of up to 2 weeks.- I might work on personal pieces in between or during ongoing commissions.- I also may stream them on Twitch. Consider following :]

Copyright usage

I, the artist:- Reserve all copyrights to the artwork that has been commissioned unless commercial rights have been discussed.- Do not own the intellectual property of what has been commissioned (unless it is of my own characters)- May use your commissioned piece as an example of my work in my portfolio and on social media (unless discussed otherwise)

You, the customer:- MAY share your commissioned Artwork wherever you please. Credit is appreciated.- May NOT trace, redistribute or resell your commissioned artwork for profit.- May NOT use your commission for commercial purposes unless given my (The artist's) consent.- May NOT claim the artwork as your own.- May NOT use your commissioned artwork for generative AI training

I'll draw your character in different outfits. This also includes removing clothing if that's what you want. Just be sure to check it's something i'm okay with drawing!You're allowed up to 2 extra alts.To clarify, these won't be completely new drawings. It'll be different versions of the same character drawing.
